1. Drink plenty of water each day, preferably 2 litres. Keep a water bottle with you.
2. Try to prepare your meals in a tasteful way, and use a lot of vegetables.
3. Eat at regular times. Certainly 5 times a day. Eat smaller portions.
4. Get a diary. Write down what you eat. Measuring the waist and thighs and note down every week.
