14 Days Quick Weight Loss Diet

Want to quickly lose weight and get rid of pounds on your body, only with a simple diet?

14 days seems long time and it may seem unrealistic to a diet of 14 days – but it is possible to make small miracles at the time compared to a rapid weight loss.

It is clear that it takes longer to achieve a greater and more lasting damage, but nevertheless do you hope to resist a couple of kilograms, and it may indeed just be enough that you can squeeze yourself in last year’s bathing fashion – or at least to be ready to take a few pounds on the holidays, so you do not have to contend with an acid cure just after the holidays.

About diet, then you should consider changing the material from the period you are on a diet in. There are a lot of calories to spare in the daily meals if you think about, and it is almost half the cure. Furthermore you must think about what you do and what you eat.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and here it is especially important to have refuelled so you’re ready for a busy day. Cornflakes and cocopops could usefully be replaced with other things.

Be aware that many of the finished product products advertise that they are so and so healthy, and contains so many dietary fibres, but most are grandstanding, and in reality they are camouflaged sugar bombs. A few suggestions for a better and leaner breakfast diet might be:

Rye bread or wholemeal bread with low fat cheese (no more than 30 +), and a few pieces of sliced fruit (melon, grapefruit, etc). Porridge, which can be made less than 5 minutes in the microwave, or oatmeal with fresh fruit and low fat milk fermented products like sour milk, yoghurt or similar. Also, try to squeeze some in between meals during the day, it helps to increase combustion, and also keep you satiated, so you’re not tempted by some of the “bad” things.

Change soda off with ordinary water, and try to drink a few extra glasses of main meals, it takes the top of the hungry. You do not necessarily have to be on the salad for dinner meals and dinners, but simply to eat smaller portions, and supplement preferably with some slices of wholemeal bread, also taking hunger effectively.

You should also make yourself more physically active in everyday life; it also helps in slimming cure. Try to take your bike instead of car – the dollars you save by not driving the car is indeed served directly into the scrotum.

Skip the ride with the elevator and take the stairs instead. If you have the opportunity to come down in gym and train, then see if you can not put an hour or two of this, a few times a week. But having trained your body will also cause your excess weight does not look so “bad” out, in that the body is tightened.

Focus in particular on exercises that strengthen abdominal muscles, stomach crunches and stuff. Even a brisk walk for half an hour a day tightens up, and helps you lose weight. By adjusting the daily habits, it is possible to obtain results with a diet of 14 days.
