About Diets, Obesity and Liposuction

By admin | Sep 21, 2009

It becomes more and more common to go to clinics that offer liposuction. Often, liposuction is the last resort for many who do not succeed with diets and exercise.

Obesity can be treated with a liposuction, but does not replace dieting. It is only on specific parts of the body; liposuction is used as a slimming method. It is especially on the parts of the body where the fat can not be that simple slender away.

The area where liposuction is best is: Chin, breast, stomach, hips, and buttocks, thighs outside, the inside of the knees, ankles and back.

The method has its limitations and these are in particular: The upper part of the stomach, front thighs, calves, and waist. It is not possible to remove more than a few kilograms of fat at a time. This is because there are limits to how much anaesthesia is recommended for such operations, and too much blood loss can be a sender.

By using liposuction as a weight loss method, you will ensure that the fat will not come back. You can of course add on you again later, but the fat will mainly lie in other parts of the body.
