Acai lose weight quickly is not a myth. The Acai fruit is a small round stone fruit with a circumference of about 2-3 cm in diameter. Its appearance reminds a lot of big blueberries, but the amount of fruit pulp is less. The story of acai is thousands of years ago, but not until the 1990s, was introduced to the Western world.
