<p>Starting on a diet can be easy, but after a few days goes like motivation down. Here are some tips on how to keep your spirits up and not give up. </p>
<p>Week 1:<br />
The first week is the easiest, but also the most difficult. The first few days use to go easy, but then it becomes like difficult, and you think that it is both slow and you start to doubt why you really should expose themselves to this when the alternative is so much easier. </p>
<p>Begin by starting a diary. Write down your goal for your diet and write down your daily successes. . There may be a small thing, such as remembering to practice today, or do not eat sweets today. Every step counts, and every day can be a positive experience.. </p>
<p>Week 2:<br />
You have completed your first week &#8211; Congratulations! Continue to note the times when your. Think about that when you clear a week, so you can do one more. </p>

<p>Week 4:<br />
Now it begins to stick with you. When the week is over, you have carried out a month, and then you&#8217;re really well on the way to a healthy body and diet you can live with. </p>
<p>Are you good progress with the training? Try to vary between fitness training and interval training. It is not so important what you do, just working out several days a week? Your goal should be at least three and a half hours together each week. </p>

It is easy to revert to old habits when the first start training to lose weight.<br />
Often the cause is that the thing gets in the way and that they simply have wanted to just lie on the couch to take a &#8220;nap&#8221; or flipping through a whole bunch of channels. The same goes for sweet and fatty desserts. Here are some ways to keep motivation. </p>
<p><strong>Find a training and / or diet aid! </strong><br />
It is always easier to do things together with a partner and reach goals. Then do not have to have a sense that one must practice and have a healthy diet alone. You can go out to eat together, and not be embarrassed to just order healthy food. You can follow each other and make sure that the other is joined to the healthy diet and motivate each other to train at fixed times. Some days will be worse than others to stay away from sweets and other deadlines and not least to &#8220;take a day off&#8221; from training and then it&#8217;s okay to have a training partner that motivates to keep our spirits up. </p>
<p><strong>Think positively. </strong><br />
An important role as regards a person&#8217;s willingness and desire to continue to do an activity is positive reinforcement. Treat yourself to stick to your healthy diet. After training, you can focus on how good it feels to have completed the training and how well your body has to expend energy and become stronger. If you are negative after training and just think of how terrible the whole experience was, do it a lot harder for yourself to go to the gym next time. </p>
<p><strong>Vary your workout and your diet. </strong><br />
For all there will be exercises that you definitely do not want to do, do not do them. Find either a different exercise that trains the same muscle group.
