<p>Week 1:<br />
The first week is the easiest, but also the most difficult. The first few days use to go easy, but then it becomes like difficult, and you think that it is both slow and you start to doubt why you really should expose themselves to this when the alternative is so much easier. </p>
<p>Begin by starting a diary. Write down your goal for your diet and write down your daily successes. . There may be a small thing, such as remembering to practice today, or do not eat sweets today. Every step counts, and every day can be a positive experience.. </p>
<p>Week 2:<br />

A group of overweight people who were put on a fruit-and vegetable diet were on average down 0.4 kilograms a week. </p>
<p>It is the experience of a study that was done in the United States in 1981. It is a very old study, in fact one of the first of its kind, but it may be worth taking a look at the cost plan and the results anyway. The study was originally published in the British Journal of Nutrition and was recently republished on the website of Cambridge University in Britain. </p>
<p>The survey included 42 women and 18 men in 30-years (average age was 36). Subjects were selected by weight and age, and at the start the men weighed an average of 128 kilograms, while women had an average weight of 91 kilograms. </p>
<p>The food they were eating was the type of complex carbohydrates with low calorie content but with a large volume, that is, foods raw or cooked vegetables and fresh fruit. The idea was that such food will satisfy both the long and gives the body a little extra to work with, which hopefully contributes to an overall decrease in weight. </p>
<p>Attempts people went to regular checks to see if the diet worked and to see if they got in the NOK vitamins and nutrients in the diet. They were thus not allowed to take any supplements during the diet. The daily calorie intake was set at 1000 kcal, that is very low. Increased physical activity was recommended, but not measured. </p>
<p>After 6 months the researchers concluded with the following results: </p>
<p>     * Try the people went down on average 0.4 kilograms in weight in a week.<br />
     * Men were significantly more weight than women (13 kilograms on average, compared with 6 kg for women)<br />
     * Muscle mass was not reduced in the diet<br />
     * Try The people were in the adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals </p>
<p>A year after the investigation was eventually made new measurements of the test person&#8217;s weight. Most had maintained weight loss, while just under half had continued to move down in weight on their own. </p>
<p>The researchers comment that although any diet with a low daily caloric intake will inevitably lead to weight loss, so it is important to focus on maintaining good health, both during and after the diet, which they thought were able to achieve with this diet. Subjects also reported little trouble with hunger during the diet, and no problems either physical or psychological, even though they followed a diet with low calorie intake over a very long time.</p>
