There are many options to run the training or the sweat in a gym if it’s not right for you:
* Make yourself a packed lunch and walk to a nice place and eat it.
* Always use the stairs instead of the elevator. Think about that every step helps.
* Jump off the bus a couple of stop before your loved one, and walk the last part.
* Use commercial breaks or pauses between programs on TV to get up from his chair.
* Go out and get some fresh air instead to remain inside. A half hour walk is fine.
* Get a dog and the air often.
