Many people, who want to lose weight, ask “what is my ideal weight?” or “How much should I lose myself”?

Should you lose weight?

If both your waist circumference and BMI is okay (normal) you need not on a diet or do something drastic to lose weight. Eat only as healthy as possible and take exercise. Make any. Specific exercises to tighten up the places you think “hang” a little too much.

Your ideal weight is the weight you are most comfortable with. Strong muscles and bones weigh more, but is only one advantage – use your comfort and reflection to assess your “ideal weight”. It is more important than what such scales shows.

If you are stout and muscular, you will not see overweight out – regardless of weight says that you weigh too much.

When you do not believe that your mirror looks too much out, everything is as it should be.

Do not go too high up in your weight or appearance. It is not healthy! There is no reason to lose weight, although you might. Slightly overweight, if you’re comfortable with your weight, and it does not pose a health risk.
