In order to quickly lose weight, you need to really commit to it. Americans drink more soft drinks in the world. A new study now shows that Americans are in the world top when it comes to soft drink consumption.

Now, several experts demonstrated their concern when the research also shows that even our kids get in themselves too much sugar.

A new study shows that children in America drink between two and three years at least drink a glass of juice, juice or other sweet drinks daily, and that the risk of being overweight are high among these.

Food with a lot of calories as ice cream, potato chips, biscuits and pizza also has an impact on weight.
Previous studies have primarily been concentrated about the calories we consume through food in solid form, but this survey shows that many of the calories consumed in liquid form.

Instead of sodas, juices and juice, recommended water, milk with low fat and whole fruit. Limiting children’s intake of sweet drinks may be a way to help them with the weight on. Experts recommend reducing intake of sugar-containing beverages for the holidays and avoid this in the week.
