If you do not travel with an airline that takes into account that people actually want to live healthy, it is easy to take along their own food &#8211; a healthy packed lunch and a bag of nuts makes sighing on the plane.<br />
Slimming when you stay at Hotel </p>
<p>Most hotels today have good range when it comes to food choices. You often get a lot of good food here, and they can often tempt you with cakes and sweets. <p>Danes eat an average of just under 400 grams of fruit and vegetables a day. The figure is rising, but it is still too little. Studies show that 600 grams of fruit or vegetables a day reduces the risk of cancer and cardiovascular diseases.</p>
<p>The average equivalent single fruit or vegetable to 100 grams. 600 grams of fruit and vegetables is therefore 6 per day.</p>
<p>Eat different kinds of<br />
It is good to eat both fruit and vegetables &#8211; and eat many different kinds. This is probably the interaction between vitamins, minerals and other substances in fruits and vegetables that have a preventive effect.</p>
