I’ve got to say when I first heard about this I was very skeptical, the idea of losing weight by chewing gum didn’t seem quite right but there seemed to be a lot of publicity around it so I investigated a bit deeper.

Therefore your appetite maybe suppressed more quickly than using other hoodia weight loss products.

I see the gum as an ‘on the go’ appetite suppressant rather than as a replacement for the hoodia weight loss pill. Perhaps if you are away and don’t have your normal pills or just need something to stop you snacking then the hoodia weight loss gum might be useful.

Like any Hoodia product make sure you check the ingredients to ensure it contains authentic, pure hoodia gordinii and no artificial additives or fillers.. Also look for a credible company that has used independent trials to test the effectiveness of their products.

Try to select a Hoodia weight loss product that is well respected and created using only 100% pure hoodia (many of the cheaper alternatives use bulkers and fillers to pad out their products).
Hoodia is a completely natural product and has been around for a while.
