Also, try to squeeze some in between meals during the day, it helps to increase combustion, and also keep you satiated, so you&#8217;re not tempted by some of the &#8220;bad&#8221; things.</p>
<p>Change soda off with ordinary water, and try to drink a few extra glasses of main meals, it takes the top of the hungry. You do not necessarily have to be on the salad for dinner meals and dinners, but simply to eat smaller portions, and supplement preferably with some slices of wholemeal bread, also taking hunger effectively.</p>
