Dinner: Steamed celery + 1 tomato + 1 fruit

Day 4:
Breakfast: Coffee and sugar as day 1 + a skv. toast
Lunch: 1 liter of juice or 1 coke, fruit cocktail + 1 yogurt
Dinner: 1 hard boiled egg + 1 carrot + 1 cup cottage cheese

Day 5:
Breakfast: 1 large fox carrot with lemon
Lunch: 1 large item, boiled cod m / splash of lemon and butter
Dinner: 1 large steak + salad with celery

Day 6:
Breakfast: Coffee and sugar as day 1 + a skv. toast
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs + 1 large carrot fox
Dinner: 1 / 2 Chicken + salad with lemon and oil

Day 7:
Breakfast: 1 cup of tea without sugar
Lunch: NOTHING
Dinner: 1 pc. grilled lamb chop + fresh fruit

Day 8:
Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee and a sugar
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs + spinach cooked in water + 1 tomato
Dinner: 1 large steak + salad with oil and lemon

Day 9:
Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee and a sugar
Lunch: 8 – 10 orders slices cooked ham + 1 cup yogurt
Dinner: Steak and salad as day 1 and 1 fruit

Day 10:
Breakfast: Coffee and sugar as day 1 + a skv. toast

Day 11:
Breakfast: Coffee and sugar as day 1 + a skv. toast
Lunch: 1 liter of juice or 1 can of fruit cocktail + 1 yogurt
Dinner: 1 hard boiled egg + 1 fox gulerot + 1 cup cottage cheese

Day 12:
Breakfast: 1 large fox carrot with lemon
Lunch: 1 large item. boiled cod m / splash of lemon and butter
Dinner: 1 large steak + salad with celery

Day 13:
Breakfast: Coffee and sugar as day 1 + a skv. toast
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs + 1 large carrot fox
Dinner: 1 / 2 Chicken + salad with lemon and oil.
